The structure of a double girder bridge crane is a compact yet robust system, designed for efficient handling of medium to heavy-duty loads. Core Components

 

Bridge: A load-bearing beam that runs the width of the building. This is the primary structural component that connects the runways and moves the hoist forward and backward using a trolley. A bridge can be comprised of one or two beams-more often referred to as a single girder or double girder design. Girders can be made of rolled steel or can be fabricated by welding the beams into a steel box design.

 

Winch Drum and Ropes: The Winch drum winds and unwinds the steel ropes that are attached to the bulk, controlling the vertical movement of the lifted load. High-tensile ropes are used to ensure the safety and durability of the hoisting system.

Power Supply System: Insulated conductor bars, festoon systems (flat cables), or cable reels bring power to the crane.

 

Safety Devices: To ensure the seamless operation of the crane and to prevent potential personal injuries or mechanical failures, our safety apparatus go beyond basic electric protective devices or alarm bells.
