Hong Kong Steel Structure Workshop with Overhead Crane

A customer from Hong Kong, China contacted us through WeChat and sent the drawings for a steel structure workshop with an overhead crane. After confirming the requirements, our engineers prepared the drawings and revised them several times according to the customer's feedback.

During the follow-up, we also shared feedback from our Mexico steel structure workshop project. After some time, the customer confirmed that they approved our solution. However, they requested to retain 5% of the payment until receiving the goods, which was different from our usual payment terms.

After more than a week of discussions, the two parties reached an agreement on the final payment terms.
