Underslung Travelling Group introduction

The underslung travelling group is designed with sufficient safety factor and complies with the duty classification of FEM/CMAA/DIN EN standard. It is best used to minimize loads as the hanging crane is supported by the roof structure.
Crane rails mounted on the ceiling are the ideal solution for buildings in difficult or narrow conditions. The side entry dimensions are short and allow optimum utilization of the building width.

Complex building conditions require specialized solutions, which are easily achieved with SEVENCRANE underslung travelling group. The hooks we produce are equipped with DIN15400 forged hooks as standard, and the materials are T-grade 34CrMo4 and V-grade 34CrNiMo6, and the hook strength reaches 985Mpa, and can also achieve 360-degree rotation.

The running drive of large and small vehicles adopts an integrated three-in-one structure composed of a motor, a reducer and a compact brake.

The wheels are equipped with DIN standard spline holes and the three-in-one drive output shaft is directly driven, and the transmission is smooth and shock-free.

The travel limit switch of the trolley adopts the mechanical type of cross pull rod, and the limit switch of the traveling mechanism of the cart adopts the infrared induction photoelectric type.

We equip the cranes with frequency control function to ensure that your crane starts and stops smoothly and also has precise positioning function.
