In March of this year, we received an inquiry from a customer in Chile regarding a single girder overhead crane. The customer is the owner of a manufacturing company that needed a crane to lift and transport square iron tanks weighing between 200 kg and 2,500 kg inside their new facility. The customer first contacted us via our website, and we continued communication through WhatsApp and email. During the initial discussion, the customer provided the company name, personal contact details, and detailed information about the lifting requirements. They also shared factory layout drawings, job site photos of the new building under construction, and reference crane photos from the brand ABUS. Based on the working conditions, the customer was considering either a 3-ton or a 5-ton single girder overhead crane.

To better clarify the project needs, we arranged a follow-up phone call. During the call, the customer mentioned that the factory would be completed in approximately five months. We confirmed the local power supply specifications and verified that the crane would be installed in their own facility. The customer expressed concern regarding the installation process. We explained our complete installation guidance service, including remote video support and detailed installation drawings, which helped resolve his concerns.

On March 21, we provided the customer with the preliminary crane drawings and a detailed quotation for both the 3-ton and 5-ton solutions. A phone call was made later to discuss the proposals, and the customer mentioned that they would evaluate which option would be more suitable for the workflow. In early April, the customer informed us that they preferred the 5-ton solution and would send updated technical information. Shortly after, the customer sent a revised requirement to change the lifting height to 5 meters. We updated the technical drawings and confirmed all specifications accordingly.

In May, we received the payment slip, confirming the order. Production began as scheduled.
