A customer from Kazakhstan, an engineer at a steel manufacturing company, initially contacted SEVENCRANE with a larger procurement plan involving three puentes grúa and two gantry cranes. After evaluating the project requirements and investment schedule, the customer decided to prioritize the purchase of the three overhead cranes for his factory.
The customer already had overhead cranes in operation at the existing production facility. However, the original equipment frequently experienced minor technical problems, which affected daily operations and created additional maintenance work. Therefore, when considering new cranes, the customer placed particular importance on equipment reliability, technical configuration, service response, and long-term operating stability, rather than focusing on the initial price alone.
During the communication process, we learned that the customer was also comparing SEVENCRANE with other suppliers, including Yuantai and other crane manufacturers. Our team continued to provide detailed technical information, drawings, quotations, and configuration recommendations, helping the customer compare different solutions based on the actual working conditions of the steel plant.
A key turning point came when our team met the customer face-to-face at a local trade exhibition. The in-person meeting allowed both sides to discuss the crane structure, lifting capacity, workshop conditions, electrical configuration, and project schedule in greater detail. After further technical discussions and negotiation, the customer decided to move forward with SEVENCRANE and signed the Proforma Invoice (PI) at the exhibition.
After the exhibition, both sides continued to refine the project. Based on the final technical requirements and price discussions, several adjustments were made to the equipment configuration and technical parameters. Since the overhead cranes and gantry cranes would be installed in two different factory facilities, the customer’s local bank required the two types of equipment to be handled under separate contracts.
To accommodate the customer’s payment process, the project was divided into two stages. The customer first completed the payment for the overhead crane order, with the gantry crane order to be arranged separately at a later stage.
After final confirmation, the customer officially placed an order for three overhead cranes: one 6.3-ton crane and two 5+5-ton double-hoist cranes. This successful cooperation demonstrates the importance of understanding the customer’s existing equipment problems, providing reliable technical solutions, and maintaining close communication throughout a long and detailed purchasing process.

Aplicaciones de la grúa puente monorraíl
♦Talleres de fabricación y producción
Puentes grúa monorraíl are widely used in manufacturing plants for routine material handling and production operations. They can efficiently lift and move raw materials, machinery components, finished products, and production tools between different workstations. Their compact structure makes them suitable for workshops where space utilization and operating efficiency are important.
♦Warehouses and Logistics Centers
In warehouses and logistics facilities, single girder overhead cranes provide an efficient solution for loading, unloading, stacking, and transferring goods. They can move materials horizontally and vertically within the designated working area, reducing the need for manual handling and improving overall warehouse productivity. They are particularly useful for factories that frequently handle heavy or bulky materials.
♦Steel Fabrication and Metal Processing
Steel fabrication workshops often need to handle steel plates, profiles, pipes, structural components, and fabricated assemblies. A puente grúa monorraíl can provide reliable lifting support throughout the production process, from raw material handling to component assembly and finished product movement. Its flexible operation helps workers position steel components more efficiently and safely.
♦Maintenance Workshops
Maintenance facilities require reliable lifting equipment for removing, installing, and positioning motors, pumps, gearboxes, machinery parts, and other heavy components. A single girder crane can simplify maintenance operations by providing controlled lifting and movement, reducing manual handling and helping technicians complete equipment servicing more efficiently.
♦Assembly and Production Lines
Single girder overhead cranes can also be integrated into industrial assembly areas where heavy components need to be transported between different production stages. They allow materials to be moved accurately along the workshop, supporting smoother production workflows and reducing unnecessary transportation time.
♦General Industrial Material Handling
With flexible lifting capacity and a relatively compact design, Grúas aéreas de una sola viga are suitable for many industrial environments. They can be customized according to lifting capacity, span, lifting height, working class, and workshop conditions, making them a practical solution for companies looking for safe, reliable, and cost-effective overhead material handling equipment.
