A customer from Peru, the General Manager of an industrial manufacturing company, contacted SEVENCRANE to purchase a 15-ton single girder overhead crane for a newly constructed factory. The crane would be used for material handling and equipment lifting inside the new facility, making reliable performance and accurate dimensions particularly important.
From the beginning, the customer demonstrated a very professional and rigorous approach. Since his company had the capability to manufacture the main girder locally, he paid close attention to the crane’s overall dimensions, connection details, installation requirements, and the relationship between the crane and the existing workshop structure. Rather than simply focusing on price, he carefully reviewed every technical detail to ensure the final equipment would fit the factory perfectly.
The project involved nearly six months of communication. During this period, the customer repeatedly reviewed the technical configuration and requested adjustments according to the actual factory layout. To support his decision-making, our sales and engineering teams provided eight rounds of updated drawings and quotations, continuously refining the crane dimensions, technical parameters, and configuration based on his feedback.
As the project entered the final purchasing stage, price became an important factor. The customer informed us that he had received competing quotations from two other suppliers, with prices of approximately USD 17,000 and USD 15,000. He asked whether we could further reduce our quotation.
Instead of competing only on price, we explained the overall value of our proposal, including our experience in the Peruvian market, local service support, faster communication and response, and experience providing lifting solutions for industrial customers. We also emphasized that the crane had been carefully configured according to his actual factory requirements rather than being a standard quotation.
After further negotiation, we maintained a final price of approximately USD 18,000. The customer recognized the value of the technical support and long-term cooperation behind the quotation and ultimately decided to place the order with SEVENCRANE.
This project demonstrates that careful technical communication, continuous engineering support, and reliable service can be just as important as price when working with professional industrial customers.

Key Features of Single Girder Overhead Crane
♦Compact and Lightweight Girder Structure
ElThe 1 ton wall mounted jib crane consists of a bracket, jib installation, swivel installation and electric hoist (electric chain hoist). The bracket is fixed on the wall or steel structure column and can be rotated according to user needs. The rotating part is divided into manual rotation and electric rotation. Electric hoists (electric chain hoists) are installed on cantilever rails and are used to lift heavy objects. Cantilever cranes are widely used in light and small lifting applications in mines, workshops, assembly lines, warehouses, and docks. The utility model has the advantages of novel structure, reasonableness, simplicity, convenient operation, sensitive rotation, light weight, and sensitive load movement. The operation of this machine is realized through the handle control button, which controls the lifting and horizontal walking of the sevencrane 1 ton wall mounted jib crane. puente grúa monorraíl adopts an optimized structural design that reduces the overall dead weight of the crane while maintaining sufficient strength and lifting stability. Its compact configuration occupies less workshop space and places lower demands on the supporting structure, making it a practical choice for many industrial facilities.
♦Ideal for Workshops with Limited Headroom
For factories where installation height is restricted, the single girder overhead crane can be configured with a low-headroom design. By making better use of the available vertical space, the crane can provide a greater effective lifting height without requiring major modifications to the existing building structure. This makes it especially suitable for workshops, warehouses, and production facilities with limited overhead clearance.
♦Economical Lifting Solution
Compared with double girder overhead cranes, Grúas aéreas de una sola viga generally have a simpler structure, lower equipment weight, and lower manufacturing and installation costs. They are particularly cost-effective for light- and medium-duty material handling applications. Their relatively simple design can also help reduce long-term operating and maintenance expenses.
♦Flexible Applications Across Industries
Single girder overhead cranes can be widely used in manufacturing plants, machinery workshops, warehouses, assembly lines, maintenance facilities, and other industrial environments. They are suitable for handling raw materials, finished products, machinery components, steel products, and other loads, helping improve the efficiency and safety of daily material handling operations.
♦Efficient Workshop Space Utilization
The compact crane configuration allows existing workshop space to be used more efficiently. Depending on the building layout and required lifting height, the crane can be designed to work effectively within the available span and headroom. This makes it suitable for both newly constructed facilities and existing workshops that require lifting equipment upgrades.
♦Simple Structure and Convenient Maintenance
The single girder design contains fewer major structural components than more complex crane configurations, making routine inspection and maintenance relatively straightforward. Key components such as the hoist, electrical system, wheels, and drive mechanisms can be accessed for inspection, servicing, or replacement. This simplified maintenance approach can help reduce downtime and keep the crane operating reliably over the long term.
♦Reliable Performance for Daily Material Handling
With a balance of compact design, economical operation, flexible installation, and dependable lifting performance, the puente grúa monorraíl provides an efficient solution for companies seeking reliable material handling without unnecessary equipment complexity.
