Our customer from Honduras is a procurement manager working for a company engaged in electric power, construction, petroleum, and telecommunications. The inquiry was part of a government bidding project, requiring a 10-ton European type single girder overhead crane for installation in a new facility. As this was the customer’s first time purchasing such equipment, he paid particular attention to the product’s quality, durability, and warranty period.
After receiving the workshop drawings from the client, our technical team carefully reviewed the structural layout and designed a customized crane solution that perfectly matched the site requirements. According to the client’s installation plan, we provided pre-drilled mounting holes on the end carriages, allowing the customer to complete the bolt connection on-site easily. In addition, we supplied detailed installation drawings and user manuals, ensuring smooth assembly and operation upon arrival.
Throughout the project, our engineering and sales teams maintained efficient communication with the customer, promptly answering technical questions about the electrical system, safety devices, and hoisting mechanism. Before shipment, we shared testing videos and inspection reports to verify performance and compliance with European standards.
The project has now been successfully completed, and the customer expressed strong satisfaction with both the precision manufacturing and on-time delivery. He mentioned that this successful cooperation built great confidence in SEVENCRANE and looked forward to working together again on future infrastructure projects in Honduras.
