European double girder overhead crane

The European double-girder bridge crane is a new type of double-girder bridge crane. Compared with ordinary double-girder bridge cranes, the NLH adopts FEM standards, has a more compact structure, more stable operation, and low noise. The motor is ABB and the reducer uses SEW. , the electrical components are from Siemens, all these features give it more advantages than ordinary cranes.

The entire technical level has reached the international advanced level. The double girder crane steel structure machinery is professionally designed and structurally optimized to meet strength requirements, rigidity and stability. During the design process, we also took into consideration the working environment, steel structure design, and the convenience of manufacturing, inspection, transportation, installation, and maintenance.

The electric hoist trolley adopts ND type wire rope electric hoist trolley. The standard traveling speed of the crane is 3-30m/min and the standard traveling speed of the trolley is 2-20m/min. For the lifting speed, the frequency control makes it have optional speeds in addition to the standard speed to meet customers’ different requirements.

The light weight and compact structure greatly reduce the cost of the warehouse, and can also free up more space for the lifting height, making great use of the warehouse.
