On November 23, 2023, SEVENCRANE received an inquiry for a bridge crane from a customer in Kyrgyzstan. The customer is the general person in charge of the supply department. After conversation, the customer currently needs three double-girder bridge machines for the production of steel pipes, with a single load of 11-13 tons. And it is used to replace the existing bridge machine at the company’s existing factory in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. There are currently 15 bridge machines in total, which have been used for nearly 40 years. The company has discussed and decided to replace all of them within five years. It plans to replace three of them first next year.
We informed the customer that we went to Moscow to attend the CTT exhibition in May and invited the customer to participate in the exhibition the following year. The customer expressed his willingness to participate. At the same time, our ISO, EAC and CE certificates are also displayed to customers. After sending the quotation, drawings and corresponding technical support documents to the customer, the customer put forward their requirements and provided the corresponding drawings. After feedback and modifications, the customer was very satisfied with our quotation, products and services. At the same time, we sent the customer feedback pictures and videos of our bridge machines transacted in Russian-speaking markets such as Russia and Central Asia. Finally, the customer expressed that he would place an order with us.
One week later, the customer sent a message and wanted to add two more winch trolleys for use on their other bridge cranes. After the parameters are confirmed and the price is sent, the customer lets us send the contract. On December 25, 2023, we received a bank payment slip from the client’s company finance department. So far, we have one more cooperative customer in Kyrgyzstan.
