Equipped with a double-speed lifting mechanism, the running mechanisms of large and small vehicles all adopt frequency conversion stepless speed regulation.
All the plates are automatically cut by CNC cutting machine, and the camber of the main beam is preset to avoid the problem of deflection of the camber of the traditional fire-baked main beam.
The steel surface is treated with shot blasting and sand blasting to improve the adhesion of the paint and prevent the paint from peeling off, ensuring the long-term beauty of the whole machine.

Technology
The main welding seam adopts submerged arc automatic welding, non-destructive flaw detection, and the shape is beautiful to ensure the welding quality.
End beam material: high quality alloy steel Q345B.
The end beam is welded and formed by rectangular steel pipe or steel plate, and the formed end beam is positioned and processed on a CNC boring and milling machine at one time to ensure dimensional accuracy and fit tolerance.
The lifting trolley has a modular design, and the working level is FEM M4-M6. The entire lifting trolley has a compact structure, low headroom and light weight.

Production

The main girder of the crane is welded by steel plates, and the steel plate materials meet the international crane production standards. The main steel structure materials we use are not lower than Q235B, and the materials used have material reports and corresponding qualification certificates.
There are buffer blocks at both ends of the end beam to reduce the impact force of the collision and reduce the impact inertia. The beam body of the whole machine adopts shot blasting and painting process according to the world standard.
The running track of the trolley is made of square steel to increase the effective contact area of the wheel tread and reduce the weight of the track. The material of the square steel track is Q345B.
The operation room is operated by a linkage table, and is equipped with a remote control at the same time. Through the switch, it can be operated by remote control or switched between operations during operation. Lighting and seats are installed indoors, and the entrance of the operating room is end-entry, which conforms to European and international standards.

MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY
All operators in our production workshop must hold legal operating certificates.
The cranes we produce are equipped with a safety monitoring system, which is professionally developed by the company in accordance with FEM/DIN/ISO/GB related standards, and is used for crane operation data recording, safety protection, and electronic instruments for status display.
The safety monitoring system has real-time protection functions for more than 30 working conditions such as operating failures, safety hazards and illegal operations, preventing the crane from operating in potentially dangerous situations and ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
Schneider TE is a vector frequency conversion control system specially developed for European crane components.
There is shock-absorbing plastic raw material derived wedges at both ends of the crane landing gear.
Overload protection, residual current relay, PTC thermistor, crash sensor, emergency stop button, sound/light warning and warning siren are standard protection units for all our overhead cranes.
At the time of delivery, we will provide customers with crane safety operation manuals and maintenance manuals. If the customer needs it, we will also send safety engineers to the site to know the customer's safe installation.
