Double Girder Gantry Crane

A customer from Israel with extensive purchasing experience contacted SEVENCRANE for two double girder gantry cranes. As an experienced buyer, the customer was very detail-oriented and carefully reviewed every technical specification. Based on his requirements, our engineering team revised the crane drawings and quotations several times to ensure that the configuration, dimensions and equipment met his expectations. Before making the payment, the customer decided to visit our factory in China for an on-site inspection. After the factory tour, we continued the discussion in our meeting room, focusing on the final product details, technical configuration and payment terms. The meeting lasted nearly six hours, during which we addressed all of the customer’s questions. After everything was confirmed, the customer successfully placed the order for two double girder gantry cranes.
