We have a complete production line for decoiling, leveling, shearing, shot blasting, painting, and drying pretreatment.
Welds of bridge beams produced using quality-certified sheet metal adopt non-destructive testing methods, and dimensions are controlled in accordance with TS-EN-1090 tolerances.
All outsourced bridge frames are welded with submerged arc welding robots. In the production of crane bridges, sandblasting and painting are carried out according to world standards.
Special paint applications can be made taking into account the working conditions of the crane. We can spray special colors according to customers' requirements.
For crane systems in special fabrication, we have radio frequency remote control and in-cabin control options.
