This customer is the owner of a casting factory in Morocco and has been cooperating with us since 2023. After a successful previous order, the customer returned with a new lifting requirement for their expanding production line.

This time, the inquiry included three types of equipment: a single girder gantry crane, a single girder overhead crane, and a semi-gantry crane. All units were intended for handling and lifting concrete molds, which require stable lifting performance, accurate positioning, and reliable structural strength due to their heavy weight and frequent usage.

The customer previously used cranes from Demag Cranes. Although the equipment performance was satisfactory, the price was considered too high for their current expansion budget. As a result, the customer decided to explore more cost-effective options by importing cranes from China.

After receiving the technical requirements—including lifting capacity, span, lifting height, and working frequency—our engineering team quickly prepared a detailed quotation along with technical drawings and configuration specifications. We also provided clear explanations of structural design, motor brands, electrical systems, and safety devices to ensure transparency.

One key factor that impressed the customer was our fast response time. We clarified technical questions promptly, adjusted specifications according to on-site layout needs, and provided practical recommendations to optimize cost without compromising quality. Special Requirements

♦Each crane is equipped with dual-speed control for all motions, without frequency inverters.

♦Each crane includes a hoist travel limit switch (in compliance with Moroccan regulations).

♦Each crane is equipped with an optical anti-collision device for the long travel mechanism.

♦The rail elevation on the end beam side of the 3-ton single girder semi-gantry crane is 7.3 meters.

♦The 6.3-ton однобалочного мостового крана is installed above the 3-ton single girder semi-gantry crane, with an independent runway beam and rail system.

♦Cable Drums: Each 5-ton Однобалочный козловой кран shall be equipped with a cable drum suitable for a 200-meter traveling distance (a total of two cable drums).

♦Conductor Rails:

*The 6.3-ton single girder overhead crane shall be equipped with 50 meters of 16 mm² seamless conductor rail (oversized selection to allow for future additional cranes).

*The 3-ton single girder semi-gantry crane shall be equipped with 50 meters of 10 mm² seamless conductor rail.

♦Rails:

*The two 5-ton single girder gantry cranes shall share 2 × 200 meters of P30 rails, including fishplates, bolts, rail clips, and related accessories.

*The 6.3-ton single girder overhead crane shall be equipped with 2 × 50 meters of 50 × 30 square steel rails.

*The 3-ton single girder semi-gantry crane shall be equipped with 2 × 50 meters of P24 rails, including fishplates, bolts, rail clips, and related accessories.
