A customer from Peru, the General Manager of an industrial manufacturing company, contacted SEVENCRANE to purchase a 15-ton single girder overhead crane for a newly constructed factory. The crane would be used for material handling and equipment lifting inside the new facility, making reliable performance and accurate dimensions particularly important.

From the beginning, the customer demonstrated a very professional and rigorous approach. Since his company had the capability to manufacture the main girder locally, he paid close attention to the crane’s overall dimensions, connection details, installation requirements, and the relationship between the crane and the existing workshop structure. We also emphasized that the crane had been carefully configured according to his actual factory requirements rather than being a standard quotation.
