Since the first 5t cantilever semi-gantry crane independently designed by Sevencrane was put into use, all performance indicators have been good and met the design requirements.
The cantilevered semi gantry crane has a span of 17 meters, a lifting height of 7 meters, and a rated lifting capacity of 5t. It adopts manual remote control and has an effective cantilever length of 5 meters, which greatly increases the working range of the semi portal crane. Cantilevers of this length are relatively rare in similar equipment, which puts higher requirements on the stability design of the semi goliath crane. In order to ensure the stiffness of the cantilever and meet the design requirements of lightweighting the whole machine, the cantilever semi gantry craneis designed During the process, the technical department continuously optimized the structure based on the calculation results of finite element analysis software, determined a more reasonable and economical structural cross-section, and achieved the anti-overturning requirements of the entire machine by reasonably increasing the counterweight.
In order to save manufacturing costs, electrical engineers also independently completed the design, installation and debugging of the single girder semi gantry crane electrical control cabinet based on the electrical components in the company’s inventory.
