♦In November 2024, a Dutch customer reached out to us through our website with a request for a European-style single girder overhead crane. The customer was expanding their plant and had previous experience using cranes from A Bus, making them highly familiar with quality benchmarks.

♦They were simultaneously collecting offers from other suppliers, including A Bus, and set very high technical and certification requirements due to strict Dutch regulations. To help the customer visualize compatibility, our technical team inserted the crane model into their factory CAD layout and proposed the most suitable lifting solution.

♦Understanding the importance of compliance, we provided free EMC certification along with CE, ISO certificates, user manuals, and technical documentation. The customer even hired a third-party agency to audit all submitted documents.

♦Thanks to our responsiveness and transparency, the customer was reassured of the product’s reliability. After careful negotiation, we agreed on a payment term of 30% advance and 70% against the draft bill of lading—leading to a successful deal.

Initially, the client considered buying only gantry crane kits to retrofit the existing equipment.
