Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane

A customer from Peru first contacted us through Facebook, looking for a 25-ton rubber tyred gantry crane for an indoor factory application. The crane would mainly be used to lift and move transformers, so stability, lifting capacity, and safe operation were key requirements.

After discussing the working conditions with the customer, our engineers adjusted the crane configuration according to the available workshop space and the customer's lifting requirements. We also confirmed the required lifting height, working area, travelling conditions, and control system to make sure the proposed solution would fit the application.

During the project, we held several video meetings with the customer to explain the crane structure, operating method, and technical details. After the final configuration and technical details were confirmed, the customer gained confidence in our solution and decided to move forward with the order.
