Our Ecuadorian customer is a long-term customer with whom we have established a stable trust relationship. This order was a return order. The customer initially requested a 15-ton single girder overhead crane for daily lifting operations within the factory.

After the initial quotation, the customer expressed his desire to learn more about the price of the 18-ton model in order to make a more comprehensive comparison. We quickly updated the quotation for the 18t single girder overhead crane for him, and attached detailed technical parameters and recommended drawings. After evaluation, the customer finally confirmed the purchase of the 18-ton model and asked us to provide a pro forma invoice (PI) as soon as possible to arrange payment.

Considering that the customer’s country is on holiday, we reserved a reasonable time to wait for his payment arrangement. The customer completed the payment in the first week after the holiday, showing a high degree of cooperation and trust. Then we arranged production as soon as possible to ensure that the goods can be delivered on time. The entire communication process was efficient and smooth, which once again confirmed the reliability and tacit cooperation of long-term cooperative customers.
