Our long-term customer from Morocco, the owner of a foundry company, once again chose SEVENCRANE for her new lifting equipment needs. This valued client had previously purchased a European type single girder overhead crane from us and was highly satisfied with its performance and reliability. Based on the successful cooperation and the trust we had built, she returned to us with a new requirement — a 3-ton semi gantry crane for handling and lifting heavy molds in her production workshop.
From the very beginning, the customer emphasized the importance of fast response, high-quality products, and customized service. After receiving her detailed requirements, our engineering team quickly provided a tailored technical solution suited to the layout of the foundry workshop. The semi gantry crane was designed to integrate perfectly with the customer’s existing equipment, allowing efficient movement of molds within limited space.
Throughout the process, our sales and technical teams maintained close communication with the customer. We provided detailed production drawings, component photos, and progress updates to ensure transparency and confidence at every stage. The customer was particularly pleased with our responsiveness and the professional support she received.
The order was confirmed and paid in May, with a requested delivery before the end of June. Thanks to well-organized production schedule, the crane was completed, tested, and shipped on time. After installation, the customer reported that the 3-ton semi gantry crane had already been put into operation and was performing smoothly, greatly improving work efficiency in mold handling.
The semi gantry crane combines the advantages of both gantry and overhead cranes. It features one side running on rails on the ground and the other side supported by an elevated runway, which makes it an ideal lifting solution for indoor or partially open workshops. It offers space-saving installation, flexible operation, and lower cost compared to full gantry cranes.
