In April 2025, SEVENCRANE met a Chilean customer at a professional industrial exhibition held in Chile. During the exhibition, the customer visited our booth and showed strong interest in our lifting equipment and customized industrial solutions. Through face-to-face communication, our team gained a clear understanding of the customer’s project requirements, including the workshop layout, lifting capacity, and application conditions.
The customer was planning to build a new industrial workshop and required a complete solution including a steel structure building and one overhead crane. Based on the customer’s requirements, SEVENCRANE provided a customized proposal consisting of an 8m × 12m steel structure workshop and one 20-ton single girder overhead crane. The technical team discussed the crane specifications, workshop dimensions, lifting height, operating conditions, and other key details with the customer at the exhibition site, and prepared an initial quotation.
After the exhibition ended, SEVENCRANE continued to follow up with the customer and arranged a personal visit to further understand the project progress and business plans.
