In December last year, SEVENCRANE received a customer inquiry from Saudi Arabia. The customer needed a wire rope hoist for the stage. After contacting the customer, the customer stated his needs more clearly and sent a picture of the stage hoist. We recommended the micro hoist to the customer at that time, and the customer himself also sent pictures of the CD-type hoist for quotation.
After communication, the customer asked for quotations for the CD-type wire rope hoist and the micro hoist to choose from. The customer chose the mini hoist after looking at the price, and repeatedly confirmed and communicated on WHATSAPP that the mini hoist can be used on the stage and can control the lifting and lowering at the same time. At that time, the customer repeatedly emphasized this issue, and our sales staff also repeatedly confirmed this issue. There was no technical problem. After the customer confirmed that there was no problem in using it on the stage, they updated the quotation.
In the end, the customer’s demand increased from the original 6 mini hoists to 8 units. After the quotation was sent to the customer for confirmation, the PI was made, and then 100% of the advance payment was paid to start production. The customer did not hesitate at all in terms of payment, and the transaction took about 20 days.
