In February 2024, we found a customer from Guatemala through the Alibaba RFQ system, who was looking for a single girder overhead crane. Through professional quotations and quick responses, we successfully contacted the customer and eventually became their supplier.
This customer is a steel dealer in Guatemala and is building a new plant for storing steel. Since Guatemala is far away from China and customers have rarely purchased equipment from China in the past, they have doubts about industrial products made in China. In view of the customer’s needs and the fact that European and American products are mostly used locally, we recommended the European-style SNHD single girder overhead crane to the customer. This model of crane is similar to European-made products in appearance and function, but has a more competitive price advantage. In order to help customers solve the problem of crane erection, we also recommended the supporting rail beam that matches the crane. Purchasing and transporting the two together not only improves efficiency, but also saves customers a lot of freight, which makes the customer very satisfied.
After three months of communication, the customer has full trust in our professionalism and service attitude. With the basic completion of the main structure of its plant, the customer decided to order this crane and supporting rail beam from us. After receiving the customer’s advance payment and formal order, we completed the production of the equipment and the production of the rail beam in strict accordance with the customer’s requirements.
The customer was very satisfied with the product quality and service we provided, and expressed the hope to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with us. We are also very happy to provide customers with continuous technical support to help them solve lifting problems and ensure smooth future cooperation.
