A long-term customer from Morocco, the chairman of a local foundry company, chose SEVENCRANE again for his new lifting equipment project. This cooperation was built on previous successful experience and trust established through an earlier crane supply project.
In 2024, the customer purchased three sets of 6.3-ton European single girder overhead cranes from SEVENCRANE. These cranes were mainly used for material handling operations in the foundry production environment. During the operation period, one of the crane motors encountered a technical issue. After receiving the customer’s feedback, SEVENCRANE responded quickly and provided professional technical support to help solve the problem efficiently.
Although the customer experienced an equipment issue, he was highly satisfied with SEVENCRANE’s after-sales service, especially the fast response, professional communication, and installation support provided by our team. The customer recognized that reliable service and problem-solving ability are just as important as product quality when selecting a long-term lifting equipment partner.
In 2025, the customer started a new project and needed additional lifting equipment for his factory expansion. Based on the previous cooperation experience, he contacted SEVENCRANE again and requested a solution for handling precast concrete molds. Considering the heavy-duty working environment and the need for stable and precise lifting, SEVENCRANE recommended two sets of 6.3-ton European single girder overhead cranes.
During the project discussion, our technical team communicated closely with the customer to confirm key parameters, including lifting capacity, crane structure, working conditions, and operational requirements. The optimized crane configuration was designed to ensure reliable performance, smooth operation, and efficient handling of concrete molds during production.
After reviewing the technical solution and quotation, the customer confirmed the order. In February 2026, the customer completed the advance payment, officially starting the production process.
