The portable mobile jib crane can be operated in any direction to the desired location, and the electric hoist can travel on the cantilever, which is suitable for occasions where the heavy object needs to carry or rotate. The lifting device has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient operation, flexibility, large working space, wide application range etc.
Hoist: Chain hoist can be selected. Compact structure, smooth operation, accurate positioning, high safety and reliability, easy maintenance.
Control panel: In line with IEC standards, IP55 powder-coated high-quality housing, convenient socket plug-in connection, DIN standard terminals, inverters, MCBs, contactors and electrical equipment on the panel adopt international brands
Towing system: Two-wire galvanized C-type track system with flexible flat cable, one line for hoist power and signal transmission, and one line for suspension control trolley movement. The towing system fixing bracket of the jib crane on wheels adopts a weld-free claw design.
Safety protection function: The 2 ton jib crane includes many protection functions, such as hoisting overheat protection, load cell type overload limit switch, upper and lower position limit switch, lateral travel and long travel lateral limit switch. Phase sequence relay, as well as other optional functions such as crane monitoring system, LED load display.
Control: The 2 ton jib crane can provide two options: remote control and suspension control.
Anti-corrosion treatment: Sandblasting complies with ISO8501-1 SA2.5 level, roughness complies with ISO 8503 G level, and clarity complies with 8502-3 Level 2. Primer and middle layer coating use top brand zinc-rich epoxy paint. The finished layer is painted with polyurethane topcoat.
