Double-girder bridge crane is a commonly used bridge crane, used with electric trolleys. The performance parameters of the double-girder bridge crane include: lifting capacity, lifting height, span, mechanism working speed, working level, wheel pressure, etc. These parameters are explained in detail below:
4. Mechanism working speed (5th speed) (1) Lifting speed: refers to the lifting speed of the lifting mechanism motor at the rated speed and when the pickup device is fully loaded. (2) Cart operating speed: refers to the operating speed of the crane when the motor of the cart operating mechanism is at the rated speed. (3) Trolley operating speed: refers to the operating speed of the lifting trolley when the motor of the trolley operating mechanism is at the rated speed.
5. Work level: It is an indicator of the working status of the whole machine that indicates the full load level of the crane’s lifting load and the busyness of the number of lifting operations. The working levels of cranes are divided into 8 levels from A1 to A8: light (A1-A3), intermediate (A4, A5), heavy (A6, A7), and extra heavy (A8).
6. Wheel pressure: The maximum vertical pressure exerted on the wheels of the cart by the bridge’s own weight and the trolley’s dead weight and rated lifting weight when the trolley is at the extreme position.
