In December 2025, SEVENCRANE successfully secured an order for a 15-ton single girder gantry crane from the National Standards Bureau of Guyana. As the project was associated with a government procurement program, the customer had clear technical requirements and a well-defined purchasing process from the very beginning.
The customer initially contacted SEVENCRANE with complete specifications for the crane, including a lifting capacity of 15 tons, a span of 5 meters, and a lifting height of 6 meters. After reviewing the project requirements, our engineering team quickly confirmed the technical details and provided a professional quotation based on FOB terms.
Following the quotation, the customer requested an updated proposal under CIF terms, as they preferred a complete logistics solution with transportation arranged by the supplier. At the same time, the customer expressed concerns about equipment installation and commissioning, asking whether SEVENCRANE could dispatch an engineer to Guyana to provide on-site installation guidance and technical training.
