SEVENCRANE successfully secured an order from a customer in Croatia for a 7.5-ton single girder overhead crane and a 3-ton pillar jib crane after more than a year of continuous communication and technical support.

The first contact was established in October 2024 when the customer submitted an inquiry for a jib crane through our website. The customer operates a manufacturing facility and required lifting equipment for handling machinery, equipment components, and heavy spare parts within the workshop. After receiving the inquiry, our sales team promptly provided a quotation and technical proposal. However, after the initial discussion, the project entered a quiet period and no further progress was made.

Several months later, the customer re-established contact and requested updated quotations. This time, he provided detailed workshop drawings and CAD layouts. Our engineering team carefully reviewed the information and designed a customized solution consisting of a 7.5-ton single girder overhead crane and a 3-ton pillar jib crane. The proposal was optimized to maximize lifting efficiency while making full use of the available workshop space.

The customer also requested additional information regarding installation support.
